v1.2 of the Boomerang List Builder allows you to include a support email address or helpdesk link. This is useful as it gives the customer a point of contact if they have problems with unlocking your product.

Using this feature is very straight forward. If you would like to direct support questions to an email address, check the "Email Address" radio button and enter the support email in the box provided.

If you would prefer to send the user to your online helpdesk, check the "Helpdesk" radio button and enter the helpdesk URL - remember to include http://www.
